He is the founder of the sales consulting firm TruCore, working with business leaders, management teams and groups. His approach to sales consulting and sales coaching involves working directly with business owners and leaders to assess their needs and subsequently applying his deep business experience and relationship building expertise to help clients meet their extraordinary potential.

Rob is a management expert with twenty years experience in business development, sales operations, transfer agent functions and sales team leadership. He has hands-on experience in the following areas: Contract Negotiations, Client Relationship Systems (CRM), Predictive Analytics & Big Data, Account Management, Interactions with Boards of Directors, Team Building, Strategy & Execution, Product Development & Placement, Managing Third Party Service Providers, Presentations to small and large groups, and Risk Management. He is well skilled in liquid alternatives, mutual funds, retirement plans, exchange-traded funds (ETF’s), unit investment trusts (UIT’s), SMA’s and UMA’s.

Rob recently served as the Director of Client Services and Senior Account Executive on the National Accounts team for Invesco Distributors, Inc. While in National Accounts, Rob developed and maintained existing and new partnerships with key accounts, increasing product placement and availability of multiple lines of business. Prior to his National Accounts role, Rob served as the Director of Sales Operations where he oversaw control of budgets, contract negotiations, all financial support agreements, sales compensation, firm level reporting and customer relationship management systems, improving overall transparency and accuracy.

Rob lives in Sugar Land, Texas and holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island, and an MBA from the University of Houston. He is a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP), receiving that designation from the FINRA Institute at Wharton. He is a Certified Professional Business Coach, Master Exit and Succession Planning Coach, Master Personal Effectiveness Coach, a member of the Professional Business Coaching Alliance, a Client Builder Selling Sales Trainer, an Authorized Partner with Everything DiSC, and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Rob also works with other sales consulting firm who are both Objective Managment Group and Client Builder partners to share best practices.

In his spare time, Rob works with and performs volunteer work for several charitable organizations in the Greater Houston area that focus on fulfilling the needs of at-risk and homeless youth. Rob is blessed with a great family including two dogs Bella & Brady.
